The selected individuals will be working along side members of the staff, management team, and design team of our company to gain knowledge of the day to day operations within the organization.

Position Compensation / Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday 6:30a – 4:30p / Half the Saturday’s 6:30a – 4:30p
- Competitive Compensation- will be based on experience and division placement

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:


AUTO CAD ASSISTANT/ LANDSCAPE DESIGNER ASSISTANT:

- Competent in Autocad, version 2002LT or later
- Comfortable reading surveys and landscape plans
- Knowledge of plants
- Quick, efficient and independent worker
- Willingness to work outside for measuring/laying out plant material

MECHANIC:
- Small engine experience
- Familiarity with Ford trucks, Case skid steers and Komatsu back hoes and excavators
- Must have own tools and diesel experience
- Class A or B license with medical card required
- ASE certification and hydraulic experience a plus
We are looking for both first and second shift hours, and are willing to be flexible with hours.

TREE CLIMBER:
- 2-5yrs. experience
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Perform all aspects of tree and shrub care including: maintenance, repairs, cabling, tree removal

PROJECT MANAGER/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER:
- Lead crews in our design/build and commercial construction divisions
- Estimation and purchasing
- Experience with contracts and proposals
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred

IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER:
- System Installations
- Diagnostic Skills
- Service Calls & Repairs

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN:
- Lead Crews in Residential Design/Build & Commercial Construction
- Skid-Steer, Back-Hoe & Mini-Excavator Operation Essential
- Valid Driver’s License, Class II Preferred

LAWNCARE TECHNICIAN:
- Strong working knowledge of chemical and pest control practices including IPM principles and proper application of fertilizers and pesticides required.
- Sales and people skills, with ability to effectively monitor all properties for potential problems and report any findings to the supervisor are a must.
- Valid MA driver’s license required
- MA pesticide applicators license
- 2 years of experience required
